Refund and Replacement Policy

Refunds

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 15 days of the order being delivered.
  • You must provide proof that the refund was issued to your customer.
  • The order must have been shipped.

Please note: Sample orders are not eligible for a refund.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide a replacement. To process the replacement, you must:

  • Submit a high-quality image or video showing the damage or defect.
  • For orders in transit longer than 5 days past the estimated delivery window, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.

Please keep in mind: Processing time (the time it takes to prepare and ship an order) is separate from shipping time.
